Mr. Thomas M. Redwood, Executive Director of The Bordentown Sewerage Authority located at 954 Farnsworth Avenue, Bordentown NJ has submitted applications to Congressman Kim for FY2024 Community Project Funding Request, to Senator Booker for FY2024 Congressionally Directed Spending, and to Senator Menendez for FY2024 Congressionally Directed Spending.

The requested funding is for improvements to modernize existing treatment facilities at Bordentown Sewerage Authority’s Blacks Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant principally the aerated grit chamber, plant drain pump station and the soda ash chemical feed system.

The receiving entity is responsible for 20% of the total cost. The amount requested is $1,803,200 and the total project cost estimate is $2,254,000.
